This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Evarl. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.
Evarl is strictly intended for users who are 18 years old or older. By using the application, you confirm that:
• You are legally an adult in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use by individuals under 18 is not permitted.
Evarl provides a simple image processing tool that allows users to:
• Upload multiple photos from their device
• Generate a 3×3 (nine-grid) collage layout
• View and manage previously generated collage history
The application is intended for personal use only unless otherwise authorized.
3. User Content Responsibility
You retain full ownership of any photos you upload or create within the app. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that:
• You have the legal rights to use and process the uploaded images
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
You are fully responsible for all content processed through the application.
4. Data Processing and Storage
To provide core functionality, Evarl may temporarily process and store images and generated collage results, including history records.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of any generated content. Users are responsible for backing up important files independently.
You agree not to:
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload malicious, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application
• Interfere with normal operation or security of the service
Violation of these terms may result in restricted or terminated access.
All software, design, templates, and interface elements in Evarl are owned or licensed by the developer and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the application may be copied or reused without permission.
Evarl is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• Continuous or error-free operation
• Perfect accuracy or expected visual results
• Permanent storage of images or history records
Use of the application is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evarl and its operators are not liable for any data loss, indirect damages, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the application.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of Evarl after changes are posted means you accept the revised version.
